Extremely deformed B.A stairs were demolished and steel construction stairs were made.

The exterior steel porches were sandblasted and painted with Epoxy Paint and the Roof Coverings were completely replaced.

Reinforced concrete reinforcement works were carried out in 4 months and in 9 months in total with other renovation works.
